Campbell Cottages on Lake Memphramagog

Thank you
for your interest in Campbell Cottages.
Two summer
cottages are available and are located right on Lake Memphremagog. The private
sandy beach is only a short walking distance from each cottage. There is a
mooring for boats, and boats are also available for rent in
the area so you can enjoy some sightseeing or fishing.
The
cottages are kept very clean and are well maintained. They have complete
kitchens including basic cooking ware, dishware and silverware. There is
electric baseboard heat available in each cottage when needed. The cottages are
not equipped with televisions, radios or phones.
These
housekeeping cottages have a full-sized bed in each bedroom but are not supplied
with towels, sheets and blankets.
Both
cottages have large porches.
#1 cottage
(2 bedroom) : This cottage sets back from the water about 100 feet.
#3
cottage (3 bedroom): This cottage sets on top of a hill 200 feet back from the
lake.
Campbell
Cottages are located just 3 miles from downtown Newport, off the main road and
away from main traffic.
The area is very pretty with lots of trees and and
outstanding view of the lake.

I-91 North
Exit 27 - Newport
Drive toward Newport on access
road straight through traffic light. At next traffic light take a left
(this will bring you past Shaw's grocery store, and through Main Street,
Newport). Follow Main Street through town and on to Lake Road for
approximately three miles. Turn right onto Campbell Road, follow over
railroad tracks to top of hill and down curve to Ovila Drive where the camps are
located.

The rental weeks run
from Saturday to Saturday. Check in time is 2PM
and check out time is l0AM.
Rental rates (per
family) per week are as follows:

Two Bedroom Cottage
Late
May through October: $525.00 (+9% state tax)
Three Bedroom
Cottage
Late
May through October: $575.00 (+9% state tax)
The season is Mid-May to early October.
Monthly rental is available at reduced rates. (Please call)

A deposit of half of
the total amount due will be required to confirm reservations.
Pets are accepted by permission with payment of a $200.00 refundable deposit
if no damage or additional cleaning is required. We currently
have rental interest
for certain weeks on the cottages, but nothing is final
until a deposit of 50% is
received for the week or weeks of interest.
